The first letterbox in the Three Rivers letterbox series in Norwich,
CT is damaged. The Hollyhock Island box was completely filled with
ice. I put the stamp in a new plastic bag, as well as the water
logged stamp book, the ink is history. The Uncas Leap box is in good
shape.
